On EGMS Proposal Routing Forms (PRFs) electronically routed for approval signatures, SPA Grant Administrators (GAs) reviewing PRFs can make minor corrections to PRF data, without requiring the PRF Preparer to correct and then re-route the PRF for review and approval by investigators, departments, and colleges.
GAs can correct many, but not all, PRF data elements. In addition, the specific data elements that GAs can change on a PRF submitted with a paper proposal are different from those on a PRF linked to an EGMS-prepared proposal.GAs cannot change PRF data elements that flow to the PRF from the proposal. For this reason, GAs can correct fewer fields on linked PRFs compared to those not linked to an EGMS proposal. When PRF data flowing from an EGMS proposal needs correction, the GA will contact the PRF Preparer and ask that a member of the proposal's User Group make the changes on the proposal, then send the new data to the PRF to correct it.
For an electronically routed PRF not linked to an EGMS proposal, GA can correct:
